Interview scheduling is one of the biggest pain points in recruiting today and causes a lot of headaches in the candidate experience. According to a survey by Cronofy and Jobadder,

  • 64% of recruiters take 2 or more days to schedule one
  • 26% take 4 or more days to schedule an interview
  • 90% of recruiters make 2 or more phone calls or send 2 or more emails to schedule the interview

Cronofy is a new scheduling platform that aims to solve this problem and greatly reduce the time to schedule interviews. Joining me by phone is their CEO Adam Bird.
